RETURN & REFUND

Register you return here.

Returns policy
All returns have to be registered via the link above. All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Returns must be sent back using our specific return code that comes with the order. Your refund will be made after the items have been received at our warehouse in their original condition, normally within 14 business days. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order. Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

Returns within Finland
We offer free returns for orders within Finland. 

Attached to your delivery is a return form and a return code. Fill in the return form and enclose it with the products. Submit the package at your closest Posti/Matkahuolto representative using our return code. 

Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost when making a return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.

Please also note that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.

Returns from the rest of the world
For all international orders you will have to arrange your own return back to our warehouse. The return cost is covered by you and it may vary depending on the carrier service you use. Preferably use a carrier who provides tracking of the shipment since you are responsible for the items until we have received them.

Contact us at hello@almadalabel.com to get exact return instructions. After being in contact with us, submit the return package at your closest carrier office of choice to arrange the return shipment.

Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost when making a return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total. 

Also please note that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.

Returning with Budbee
Please note that we charge following when returning your order with Budbee:
Sweden: 8 €
Denmark: 8 €
Belgium: 9 €
The Netherlands: 9 €

This cost will be deducted from your refund total.

Returns with Budbee Home Delivery & Budbee Box will be available in the link you get via text or in the app. Book a pick-up for the return and a driver will come to your door and pick it up. In case of returning a parcel in the Budbee Box you just book a return via the app and choose which Box you want to leave the parcel. After confirmation, you have two hours to go to the Box, type in the pin, and leave the package inside the locker. More info here: https://budbee.com/en/returns/

Please note that if you are using Budbee Home Delivery, orders left outside your door are your responsibility and if stolen, the cost will not be refunded.

Exchanges
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.

Claims
If you your order is damaged or faulty in some way please reach out to us at hello@almadalabel.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Unclaimed shipments
Unclaimed shipments aren't counted as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 25 € for any shipped unclaimed orders to cover the handling costs of the order.
