RETOURS

To make a return, please visit our Return Portal.

  • You will need your Order ID and the email address used when placing your order to register your return.
  • Select the reason for your return in the Return Portal.
  • Pack the item(s) securely using the original packaging your order arrived in.
  • Once your return has been registered, a return shipping label will be sent to your email. Please print the label and attach it securely to the outside of the parcel.
  • Drop off the parcel at your nearest carrier service point to ship your return.

Please note that your return parcel will be delivered to our logistics partner, VIM.


RETURN POLICY

All items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from makeup, stains, perfume, or any other signs of wear. All items must be returned in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of worn or altered pieces.

Returns are managed through our return portal. Once your return has been registered via our Return Portal, a return shipping label will be sent to your email. Please note that returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.

We kindly recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been safely delivered to our warehouse, in case the parcel is lost in transit.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return has been received and approved by our warehouse. During peak sales periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. All refunds are issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.


RETURN FEE
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost. Please see the return fee for your country below.

UK: 11 GBP
USA: 12 USD
Denmark: 100 DKK
Sweden: 155 SEK
Norway: 160 NOK
Switzerland: 13 CHF
Rest of the world: 14 EUR

For Canada only: If you return your order, you will receive a full refund of any duties and taxes paid at checkout, in addition to the cost of the returned items.


PARCELLES NON RÉCLAMÉES

Unclaimed shipments are not considered returns. If a parcel is not collected and is returned to our warehouse, a handling fee of € 20 will be deducted to cover shipping and administrative costs associated with the order.


EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, simply place a new order for your preferred style or size after registering your return. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with no signs of wear.


CLAIMS
If you your order is damaged or faulty in some way make sure to inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please reach out to us at hello@almadalabel.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
