REGISTER YOUR RETURN ON OUR RETURN PORTAL HERE.
1. Log into our return portal with your order number and email address by clicking here.
2. Select the items you want to return and choose a reason for why you are returning them. Please note that a refund will only be processed for the items registered in the return portal.
3. Pack your items. You can use the package the order was sent in.
4. You will receive a QR code by email, please show it when you hand in your return to the drop-off point.
Please note that your return parcel will be delivered to our logistics partner Bleckmann.
All returns have to be registered via the link above. All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Please make sure to keep the receipt in case the package gets lost on its' way back to our warehouse.
Your refund will be made after the items have been received at our warehouse in their original condition. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.
A return shipping cost of 20 € will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost.
Unclaimed shipments aren't counted as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 20 € for any shipped unclaimed orders to cover the handling costs of the order.
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.
If you your order is damaged or faulty in some way make sure to inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
