Returns policy
All returns have to be registered via the link above. All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Your refund will be made after the items have been received at our warehouse in their original condition. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded. Also note that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.
Returns within Finland
We offer free returns for orders within Finland. Attached to your delivery is a return form and a return code. Fill in the return form and enclose it with the products. Submit the package at your closest Posti/Matkahuolto representative using our return code.
Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost when making a return. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.
Returns within EU countries
For all international orders inside of EU you will have to arrange your own return back to our warehouse. The return cost is covered by you and it may vary depending on the carrier service you use. Preferably use a carrier who provides tracking of the shipment since you are responsible for the items until we have received them. Save the receipt of the return.

Returns outside EU
For all international orders outside EU you will get a return label within your order. Place it on the top of the parcel and take the parcel to your nearest DHL drop-off point. We will refund your order as soon as the return package arrives to our warehouse.
Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost when making a return. A return shipping cost of 20 € will be deducted from the refund total.
Exchanges
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.
Claims
If you your order is damaged or faulty in some way please reach out to us at hello@almadalabel.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
Unclaimed shipments
Unclaimed shipments aren't counted as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 25 € for any shipped unclaimed orders to cover the handling costs of the order.
