RETURNS

To make a return, please visit our Return Portal HERE.

- You will need your Order ID and the e-mail address that was used when ordering to be able to register the return in our Return Portal.
- Fill in the reason of the return in our Return Portal.
- Pack the return items using the original packaging the order was sent in.
- You will receive a return QR code that will be sent by email after registering the return through our Return Portal. You will not need to print out any shipping labels.
- Drop off the parcel at your nearest service point of the carrier and show the QR code to be able to ship the return parcel.

Please note that your return parcel will be delivered to our logistics partner VIM.


RETURNS POLICY

All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt in case the package gets lost on its' way back to our warehouse. Please also note that you cannot return your order from a country different from where it was delivered.

A refund for your return will be issued within 5 business days after it has been received at our warehouse. During peak sales or holiday periods return handling times can be longer - we thank you for your understanding. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.


RETURN FEE
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost. Please see the return fee for your country below.

Denmark: 100 DKK
Sweden: 155 SEK
Norway: 160 NOK
Switzerland: 13 CHF
Rest of the world: 14 EUR


UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Unclaimed shipments aren't counted as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 20 € for any shipped unclaimed orders to cover the handling costs of the order. 


EXCHANGES
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.


CLAIMS
If you your order is damaged or faulty in some way make sure to inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please reach out to us at hello@almadalabel.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Note that pilling is typically not considered a reason for a reclamation, as it is a natural effect caused by the wear of wool and cashmere products.
