Our terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change, so please read them before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you also agree on the terms of purchase. The purchase has been confirmed when you have received your confirmation email and you must ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email and postal address, is correct. Please note that persons under the legal age 18 years, need a parental consent.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
For International sales, we have partnered with Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record. This means that when you order from our online store you will see that your payment method is charged by Global-e and the purchase is subject to Global-e's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We offer payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
PRICES
The prices displayed at almadalabel.com include the statutory Value Added Tax. The delivery charges are included into the price of all clothing sold on this online shop. All prices and product information on this online shop almadalabel.com are subject to change.
RETURN & REFUND
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Please make sure to keep the shipping receipt in case the package gets lost on its' way back to our warehouse. Please also note that you cannot return your order from a country different from where it was delivered.
A refund for your return will be issued within 5 business days after it has been received at our warehouse. During peak sales or holiday periods return handling times can be longer - we thank you for your understanding. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.
FAULTY ITEMS
Everything we send out is quality controlled, however if you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. If you have received a incorrect order, please contact us through our Help Center.
