OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO PLEASE READ THEM BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. BY CONFIRMING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU ALSO AGREE ON THE TERMS OF PURCHASE. THE PURCHASE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND YOU MUST ENSURE THAT ALL THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE, SUCH AS NAME, EMAIL AND POSTAL ADDRESS, IS CORRECT. PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONS UNDER THE LEGAL AGE 18 YEARS, NEED A PARENTAL CONSENT. 


PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via Klarna and PayPal. 

We use Checkout as it is a secure payment method for you. Checkout is a payment service that forwards your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment. 

Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout of our online store in connection with the order. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the following options:

Your bank's online payment
We use Online Payments from the following banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Checkout Finland Oy appears as the payee on your account statement, we forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit Card and Visa
You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are securely transmitted by our partner Checkout Finland Oy. We use international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.

Klarna Invoice
With Klarna Invoice you can buy now but pay later. When you pay with a Klarna Invoice, an invoice for your purchases will be emailed to you. The payment period is 14 days - so you will receive the products you have ordered before you need to pay for them. You do not need to provide your debit card information.

PayPal
To use PayPal as a payment method, you need to have your own PayPal account. You will be directed to PayPal's secure website where you can log in to your PayPal account and accept the payment transaction.


PRICES
The prices displayed at almadalabel.com include the statutory Value Added Tax. The delivery charges are included into the price of all clothing sold on this online shop. All prices and product information on this online shop almadalabel.com are subject to change. 



SHIPPING & DELIVERY METHOD
We are currently shipping within in Europe.

Domestic shipping within Finland:
Posti Standard, 3-5 business business days, FREE 

Shipping within Europe:
Posti Standard, 5-7 business days, 20 €

In case you do not receive your confirmation email please contact our customer care via email at hello@almadalabel.com. Our customer care communicates in English and Finnish. 


RETURN & REFUND
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways. Return shipping is paid by the customer. In order to make a return please contact our customer service at hello@almadalabel.com

Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method and should show within 10 working days.


Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs. 



FAULTY ITEMS
Everything we send out is quality controlled, however if you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase.
