SHIPPING & DELIVERY METHOD


We are based in Helsinki, Finland, and all of our products are shipped directly from our Helsinki offices to the customer. 


How much does the shipping cost? 
Domestic shipping within Finland: FREE

Shipping within Europe: 20 €

Which courier do you use and how long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic shipping within Finland: Matkahuolto, 3-5 business business days

Shipping within Europe: Posti Standard, 5-7 business days

Do I have to pay taxes? 
Taxes are already included in the cost of the item and there are no extra taxes or duties on orders shipped within the European Union.


I haven't received an order confirmation, what do I do?
In case you do not receive your order confirmation email please contact our customer care via email at hello@almadalabel.com. Our customer care communicates in English and Finnish. 



RETURN & REFUND

Return policy?
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways and sent back in their original packaging.

How do I return?
In order to make a return please contact our customer service at hello@almadalabel.com. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways and sent back in their original packaging. Also note that the return shipping is paid by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method and should show within 10 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.

Is returning free?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs.
