You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with no makeup, stains, perfume or other signs of wear, and in their original packaging.

Register your return through our Return Portal using your Order ID and the email address used when placing your order. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Once registered, you will receive a return shipping label by email. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the parcel and leave it at your nearest carrier service point.

Yes. A return shipping fee of €14 is deducted from your refund.

Returns must be shipped from the same country to which the original order was delivered.

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. During peak periods and public holidays, processing may take slightly longer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size or style, please register your return and place a new order for your preferred item.
